This offers many possibilities but I also found many challenges. Claude 3.5 Sonnet has a context window of 200K but it failed to include all patients in a small dataset despite me asking it 3 times to include all patients. When I uploaded a PDF it said it could not process a PDF but it did it anyway. Seems promising but buggy in my experience
